Prohibits students and athletes from using a restroom, locker room, shower room, or other private space that is opposite from their sex assigned at birth. This measure is a discriminatory attack on transgender students and athletes, prohibiting them from using bathrooms that match their identity and feeding into culture wars at the expense of our most vulnerable.
