Proposition 144

Make a number of harmful changes to the state's election laws, including requiring voters to show a government-issued ID to cast a ballot. Already, non-citizens cannot vote in federal, state, and local elections. This measure would make it much harder to vote, including requiring proof of ID to vote by mail (now think... how would that work?) and confirm their address before being sent a mail ballot (effectively destroying the Active Early Voting List). As a result, thousands of voters would be disenfranchised and lose access to voting.

A YES vote disenfranchises thousands of Arizona voters by enshrining harmful voting changes into the state Constitution, including requiring voters to present ID before mailing their ballot (again, how would that work?) and destroying the Active Early Voting List.

NO

A NO vote prevents these harmful changes from occurring, keeping access to voting open and maintaining the ability of voters to be automatically mailed a ballot through the Active Early Voting List.
