Secretary of State

Arizona's chief election officer. The office certifies statewide results, maintains the voter roll, and publishes the ballot measure pamphlet.

Attorney General

The state's lawyer. The attorney general enforces consumer protection and civil rights law, prosecutes some crimes, and represents Arizona in court.

Arizona's banker. The treasurer holds and invests state funds, including the land trust that helps pay for public schools.

Superintendent of Public Instruction

Leads the Arizona Department of Education, which oversees more than a million public school students and distributes state school funding.

State Mine Inspector
